E.A. Zholdasov, director of the "Orken" youth theater, created under the "Art" department of the "Culture and Art" faculty. On April 19-20, the 1st Republican student theater festival "STUDENT and STAGE" organized by Abay National Pedagogical University was held in Almaty. The best seven theaters from the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the festival, and the "Orken" youth theater won the GRAND PRIZE by leaps and bounds.
